Gas circuit system
The gas path of the laser cutting machine has two parts. One part is the cutting gas supplied to the cutting head, including clean and dry compressed air, high-purity oxygen and high-purity nitrogen. The other part is auxiliary gas, all of which are clean and dry compressed air for the feeding cylinder of the clamping workbench.
For compressed air, after the gas from the compressor enters the gas control cabinet through the air storage tank and cold dryer, it becomes clean and dry gas through a set of precision air treatment system, which is divided into two ways, one as cutting gas and the other as cylinder gas. The service pressure is adjusted by the corresponding pressure regulating valve.
Cutting gas is divided into three types: compressed air, oxygen and nitrogen, and these three gases can be selected according to different requirements. Oxygen is mainly used for cutting ordinary carbon steel; Nitrogen is mainly used to cut stainless steel and alloy steel. Compressed air is mainly used for sheet cutting when customers have low requirements for cutting surface effect. Different cutting gases are selected for different materials. In addition, the pressure sensor is installed in the cutting gas system to ensure that the machine tool can stop working in time when the gas pressure is not enough, so as to avoid the scrapping of cutting parts. The air pressure threshold can be adjusted and set by the screw on the upper part of the pressure sensor, and the compressed air and oxygen for cutting can also be adjusted by the program-controlled proportional regulating valve.
